This site has one job: to let you ask a plumber to phone you about a plumbing problem in Kempton Park. Here is what becomes of the details you type into it.

Who is responsible

The Kempton Park Plumbers is responsible for the information sent through this site. Questions about it, or requests to see, correct or delete it, go through the contact form.

What we collect

Only what you type into a call-out form: your name, phone number, suburb, the problem you choose, the best time to phone and any note you add. The form also records which page you sent it from. The forms never ask for an ID number, banking details or a street address.

What it is used for

Your details are emailed, through our email delivery provider, to the plumbing team that handles call-outs for this site, so that they can phone you back about your request. They are not sold, shared with marketing lists or used to send you advertising.

How long it is kept

The request stays in the plumber's inbox for as long as it is needed to deal with your job, quote and invoice, and for any record keeping the law requires.

Your rights

The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) lets you find out what the plumber holds about you, and have it corrected or removed. Send that request through the contact form and say what you want done.

Cookies

The site itself sets no advertising cookies. The map on each page is an embedded Google Map, which Google may use under its own privacy policy.
